Easy Chocolate brownie- A Failproff recipe !!

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter or oil
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla essence
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Method

• Pre-heat oven at 350 F
• Make a smooth mixture of sugar and oil using a whisker (If using butter, melt the butter first and then stir in sugar)
• Add egg one by one
• Then add 1 tsp vanilla essence
• Now add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt step by step
• Pour it in a greased container
• Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
